Ms. Ritsu Nacken, UNFPA Representative, Sri Lanka& Country Director, Maldives, was the Chief Guest and the Senior Professor Lakshman Dissanayake, the Vice Chancellor of the ÌÇÐÄlovg and Senior Professor of Demography delivered the Professor G.W. Roberts Memorial Oration.
